The Pavilion Experience

Capacity up to 250 guests

Our newest wedding experience – The Glass Pavilion! This 7,000 square foot building is situated on our back hilltop nestled between the Short Pump Garage and Grocery Store. The ceremony area overlooks beautiful rolling hills where couples and their guests can enjoy panoramic views. After the ceremony, guests can gather around the pavilion for cocktail hour and utilize the garage and grocery store for their bar and food serving. Dance the night away in the fully glassed in pavilion accompanied by twinkling lights under roof and the stars above.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Use of Pavilion area for day before rehearsal, 2 hours
  • Use of Pavilion area from 10 AM – 10 PM
  • Use of full commercial kitchen for caterer
  • Use of 2 cabins for dressing spaces
  • 150 White chiavari chairs
  • 20 eight foot rectangle folding tables
  • Use of Pavilion area of the property day of for activities such as fishing, walking or biking
  • Use of property for engagement session or bridal portraits
  • Use of  Short Pump Garage and Grocery store
  • Wedding venue manager (this is not a coordinator service)

The Cherokee Experience

Capacity 120 guests

Our Cherokee wedding experience is perfect for couples looking for waterfront and vineyard views for a wedding up to 120 guests. The bride and groom can either say their vows in front of our beautiful Cherokee Cabin steps or overlooking our pond and tree line. Our 40 x 60 tent on the hilltop overlooking the pond is the perfect place for a reception to celebrate with family and friends. Guests can also use the large wrap around porch of the Cherokee Cabin as well as the historic greenhouse for music, food or cocktail hour. The possibilities are endless!

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Use of Cherokee area for day before rehearsal, 2 hours
  • Use of Cherokee area from 10 AM – 10 PM including the greenhouse
  • Use of Persimmon cabin and Cherokee cabin for dressing spaces
  • Use of our 40 x 60 white pole tent
  • 120 White chiavari chairs
  • 15 eight foot rectangle folding tables
  • White portable bathroom trailer
  • Use of property day of for activities such as fishing, walking or biking
  • Use of property for engagement session or bridal portraits

The Hilltop Experience

Capacity 50 guests

Our hilltop wedding experience is perfect for couples looking for an intimate wedding. Take our charming stone walkway leading into a gazebo and you are met with a stunning ceremony site overlooking rolling hills. After you say “I Do”, our white barn is the perfect location to celebrate with friends and family. The barn walls are studded with antique artifacts and the wagon wheel chandelier lights are the perfect touch of elegance meets rustic. This package is best suited for couples looking to have a wedding of 50 people or less.

  • Use of hilltop for day before rehearsal, 2 hours
  • Use of hilltop from 10 AM – 10 PM
  • Use of Persimmon cabin and Saylor cabin for dressing spaces
  • Use of live edge family style table and benches, seats 30
  • Use of eight foot rectangle folding tables & white chairs for additional seating
  • 50 White chiavari chairs for ceremony
  • White portable bathroom trailer
  • Use of sound system in barn
  • Use of property day of for activities such as fishing, walking or biking
  • Use of property for engagement session or bridal portraits
