Want to get involved with the 2026 Rassawek Autumn Festival & Pro Rodeo? We’d love to have you!

It takes the support of more than 100 volunteers and generous event sponsors to bring this community tradition together each year, all while supporting Rassawek Ventures’ mission to preserve traditional trades and promote vocational education.

🎟️ Volunteer: Give your time and receive free admission to enjoy the festival before or after your shift. Individuals and groups are welcome, and participating nonprofit groups can receive a donation based on their volunteer hours while sharing their mission with the community.

🤝 Sponsor: Put your business behind one of Central Virginia’s most anticipated fall traditions that welcomes +15,000 attendees while helping create opportunities for the next generation of skilled tradespeople.

Ride the Hide is bringing the mechanical bull back to the Rassawek Autumn Festival & Pro Rodeo! Stop by the Music/Equipment Field and put your skills to the test with a ride of your own.

There’s always something new to discover at the Rassawek Autumn Festival. 🍂

Our vendor market brings together 50 talented makers, artisans, small businesses, and local favorites for a weekend of shopping throughout the festival! From handcrafted goods and artwork to specialty foods, home décor, jewelry, and more, there will be plenty to browse and take home with you.

Did you know that behind the Rassawek Autumn Festival & Pro Rodeo is Rassawek Ventures, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving traditional skills and crafts?

Throughout the festival, visitors can experience blacksmithing, welding, sawmills, and other skilled trades brought to life through live demonstrations that celebrate the people, knowledge, and craftsmanship shaping our communities while introducing future generations to the opportunities found within the trades.

Even more meaningful, proceeds from the festival have raised more than $25,000 in scholarships for students pursuing trade school, helping invest in the future of vocational education!

Join us on October 17th-18th for the Autumn Festival & Pro Rodeo, and celebrate traditional craftsmanship, support vocational education, and help keep these important skills alive for future generations.
