We’ve partnered with Ben Jordan and Zach Clancy at @commonwealthcrush, who will be taking over winemaking from our friends at Elk Island Winery. Our team visited their facility to see the new setup, and it was great to walk through the space where our grapes will be crafted moving forward.
You’ll still enjoy the wines you know and love, like the Pullman White, River Road White, Rosé, Caboose, and Tannat, now produced with the talent and care of the Commonwealth Crush team. Their first batches for us will be ready in March 2026!
We’re looking forward to raising a glass with you at the Tasting Room next season at Rassawek!

Get into the holiday spirit as you gather at Rassawek’s Pavilion to create a fresh wreath for your home, office, or as a heartfelt gift. We’ll provide a variety of fresh greenery, a wreath frame and instruction. You receive a $5 credit to wreath accent bar that use can use for a $5 ribbon, or apply the credit to upgrade for more decorations/ribbon, and you’re welcome to bring your own favorite ornaments, ribbons, or special touches to make it uniquely yours.
Each session includes light food to enjoy while you create:
• 10 AM sessions: brunch-inspired buffet with vanilla Greek yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, and a pastry.
• Afternoon & evening sessions: homemade soups, fresh bread, and dessert.
