WHAT ARE HOURS?
Saturday, Oct. 17th: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rodeo Show Time: 1pm)
Sunday, Oct. 18th: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Rodeo Show Time: 1pm)

DO YOU HAVE TRANSPORTATION? Yes—shuttles run from general and ADA/VIP parking to the front gate. Inside the festival, courtesy carts are available at prime locations to help guests get where they need to go.

TICKET QUESTIONS

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE GATE? Yes, prices go up $5 starting online 10/17 at 11:59pm and at the gate.

WHAT DOES THE TICKET PRICE INCLUDE?
The ticket price includes admission to the Autumn Festival and all-day access to family favorites such as the Rodeo (1–3 pm), Petting Zoo, Pumpkin Decorating, Kids’ Corral, Live Music, Farm and Antique Equipment Demonstrations, and Steam Engine Wagon Rides.
Please note: Specialty activities like helicopter and bi-plane rides, pony rides, face painting, and the mechanical bull are available for an additional fee. Food and Market vendors will also be on-site with items available for purchase.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR MILITARY, FIRST RESPONDERS AND SENIOR CITIZENS,? Yes, tickets will be available at the gate please bring valid I.D. Senior Citizen is 65+, Military is active and Veteran, First responder is Fire, Police and Ems. This discount applies to the person not family.

I CAN NOT FIND MY TICKET? Tickets will come into your email from Ticket Signup, check your junk email folder.

I DON’T KNOW WHAT EMAIL ADDRESS I USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS? We can look up your ticket by the name used to purchased at the front gate/WILL CALL.

IS WINE INCLUDED IN MY TICKET? This is NOT a Wine Tasting Festival, wine and beer will be available for purchase at multiple locations by the glass or bottle.

RODEO RELATED QUESTIONS

WHEN DOES THE RODEO START? Rodeo Show Time: 1pm both days

WHEN ARE THE RODEO EVENTS? Same events each day: Bareback riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Calf Roping, Steer Wrestling, Cowgirl Breakaway Roping, Team Roping, Intermission, Mutton Busting, Cowgirl Barrel Racing, and Bull Riding.

MUTTON BUSTIN’ QUESTION:

  • Children ages 4-7 that are 55 lbs or under will be able to sign up for a chance to compete in Mutton Busting!
  • Registration will be at the announcer stand in the Rodeo arena from 11:15 am-12pm each day.
  • 10 spots a day on a first come first serve basis!
  • Gear and instructions provided by the Rafter K Rodeo Company.
  • Parents or legal guardians will complete registration for contestants by submitting a provided waiver to be signed and notarized on site at the event.

HOW DO I GET A SEAT AT THE RODEO? The rodeo starts at 1pm each day, we recommend getting to rodeo at least 1 hour early if you want a seat.  Seating for up to 3,000 available at the rodeo, please being a blanket or chairs for hillside seating. There is no reserved seating it is first come, first served.

CAN I BRING DOG/PET? Please leave pets at home for this event, registered Service Dogs ONLY.

HOW DO APPLY TO BE A VENDOR? The application is closed for this event. Please, fee free to reach out after October 19th to send us your information for future events.

CAN I BRING MY OWN GOLF CART? UTV? No personal golf carts, and other personal transportation unless handicap approved.

CAN I BRING SNACKS AND A COOLER WITH FOOD AND DRINKS? No outside food or drink, no coolers are allowed. We have lots of food and drink vendors onsite.

Rassawek Ventures Nonprofit
This is a non-profit event designed to highlight trade skills and vocational work. We will be partnering with local companies to provide onsite demonstrations of trade work, craftsmanship and insight into a vocational career. The proceeds from this event will go towards Vocational Education which is a learning path that students can take to help merge academic knowledge and technical skills in real-world applications.
